About Us

Disability Insurance Administration Services (DIAS) is a Cairns located NDIS Plan Management Provider established to provide personalised, independent Plan Management services to Queensland recipients of NDIS funding.  Being independent means we do not have any conflict of interest when providing our services.

Being closely associated with an NDIS Participant, I established DIAS with the understanding that Participants and their carers want to the retain the flexibility of choice when deciding who their support providers are,  but they do not need the added time-consuming responsibility of managing their NDIS funding.  By appointing a Plan Manager both goals are achieved.

Prior to establishing DIAS I worked both Nationally and Internationally in the financial service industry and held membership with CPA Australia and the Stockbrokers and Financial Advisors Association.

Having friends who are Participants of the NDIS and also carers for NDIS Participants being able to be a part of an independent Plan Management business gives me huge satisfaction.  I understand the need for people to have the flexibility to choose their provider of choice and the freeing up of time by not having to administer the funding, is the extra time people can spend doing more important daily activities.

I own and manage the successful business Temp Accounting & Admin Services Pty Ltd which provides bookkeeping and tax advice. I am a Fellow of the National Tax Agents and Accounting Association of Australia.

Knowing an NDIS Participant I appreciate and understand what an independent Plan Manager can bring to the table.  Taking the funding administration stress from Participants and or their carers frees them up to spend time on more important things.

I have worked with Beatrix for over 10 years in her bookkeeping and tax advice business and now bring my administration experience to DIAS.

Having many years of experience in fast-paced administration roles has enabled me to develop strong customer service skills. I understand how important it is to get claims processed quickly and efficiently to ensure providers are paid promptly, and our clients have an up-to-date view of their budget balances and expenditure.

I get a great deal of satisfaction taking all the administrational pressures off of our NDIS participants.
